Setting up your new voicemail service

We have tried to make setting up your voicemail as easy as possible To get started please follow the guide below. Setting up your voicemail should take about 2 minutes.
*NOTE* You must set up your voicemail from the phone connected to your DFN voice service. To begin the voicemail set up process dial *98, You will hear a series of prompts from our phone system to set up your voicemail account. You will be given the option to skip the voicemail initialization process, however, the system will prompt you to set it up the next time you call. Incoming calls will still be routed to voicemail with a generic greeting stating only your phone number, and you will not be able to postpone voicemail setup a second time

1. Setting up Voicemail Pin
You will be asked to set up your pin to access your voicemail. The pin must meet the follow criteria;

Must haveMust not have
At least 4 digits but not more than 20 (If you have problems creating a pin greater than 4 number please contact support for assistanceAny part of your phone number or extension)

To record your name simply wait until the prompt is finished and you hear the tone. You will then want to speak clearly into the microphone, say your name, and press the pound key once you are finished. The system will then play back the recording at which time you will be able to except the recording as is by pressing the # key or to re-record your name by pressing the 1 key.

3. Recording your greeting
Once you have completed recording your the system will move on to setting up your recorded greeting, you will be given the 3 following options

  1. To record your greeting (This will use the same process as when you recorded your name)
