Scheduled Outage
05/01/2026 Eugene, OR 12 AM to 4 PM On Friday, May 1st, from 12:00 AM – 4:00 AM, DFN will be performing scheduled infrastructure maintenance. During this window, customers will experience brief, intermittent outages to their DFN voice services. All other DFN services should remain unaffected
05/04/2026 Eugene, OR 8 AM to 5 PM On Monday, May 4th, from 8 AM to 5 PM, customers along Laughlin Rd between the 84000 and 86000 blocks may experience a service interruption during the maintenance window as fiber maintenance is performed.
05/05/2026 Eugene, OR 8 AM to 5 PM On Tuesday, May 5th, from 8 AM to 5 PM, customers along Florence Rd and Forest Hill Rd between the 85000 and 86000 blocks may experience a service interruption during the maintenance window as fiber maintenance is performed.
05/06/2026 Eugene, OR 8 AM to 5 PM On Wednesday, May 6th, from 8 AM to 5 PM, customers along Florence Rd and Peaceful Valley Rd between the 85000 and 86000 blocks may experience a service interruption during the maintenance window as fiber maintenance is performed.
