Once you have placed your DFN Fiber service order you will receive a DFN SmartHub Registration & Welcome Letter to the email you provided. Please click the link contained in the letter to “Verify Your Account.”

Calling into DFN – Account Verification

When calling in to DFN you will be asked for your four-digit account PIN. This ensures your privacy and protects your account. This PIN can be located in the message center of your billing statement.
