Setting up your new voicemail service
We have tried to make setting up your voicemail as easy as possible To get started please follow the guide below. Setting up your voicemail should take about 2 minutes.
*NOTE* You must set up your voicemail from the phone connected to your DFN voice service. To begin the voicemail set up process dial *98, You will hear a series of prompts from our phone system to set up your voicemail account. You will be given the option to skip the voicemail initialization process, however, the system will prompt you to set it up the next time you call. Incoming calls will still be routed to voicemail with a generic greeting stating only your phone number, and you will not be able to postpone voicemail setup a second time
1. Setting up Voicemail Pin

You will then want to speak clearly into the microphone, say your name, and press the pound key once you are finished.
