3/15/2019 Progress Update
We are still running full crews, working with multiple contractors and utilizing some of our inside office staff to repair the damages that were caused by the winter storm. We've made progress in restoring internet to many of our customers, but there is still work to be done to bring everyone back up.
We very much look forward to the day when all of the repairs are handled and everyone has their service restored. Thank you so much for your understanding through this difficult time for everyone.
Once again, if your service is down and you have already notified DFN, then a service ticket has been generated and we will address it as soon as we can. If you haven't notified DFN of a downed service, then please open a support ticket, which helps us locate where a majority of issues are occurring.
